Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) with 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and families. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, impulsivity, substance abuse, and family dynamic issues.

Sarah is trained in several Evidenced-Based Practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions including play therapy.
